Biblical Authority – We are committed to the Bible as the sole authority on which our mission, message, and methods should be based. It is given to us as the Word of God and is without error. It is the only catalyst for spiritual change. We will not be held captive by the thoughts and works of others apart from the council of Scripture. II Tim. 3:16-17

Authenticity and Integrity – We are committed to being authentic with one another and with God. We will strive to be the same in public and private so that the mercy and grace of God will be magnified in us. 2 Timothy 2:1-2

Service – We are committed to living out the Biblical command to serve others. We will strive to enlist every member in the area of their giftedness in service to our community and the Kingdom. Ephesians 4:11-13

Reproduction – We are committed to reproduction of two kinds: of devoted Christ-followers (disciples) and of Biblically-modeled communities (church planting). Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8

Relationships – We are committed to the truth that our faith is meant to be lived in community and accountability. We will strive to create environments and situations which lend themselves to honest relationships and accountability. Galatians 6:1-3

Creativity – We are committed to communicating the unchanging message of the Bible and fulfilling the unique mission of the Church through methods which will engage the hearts and minds of our culture. I Corinthians 9:19-23
